Rococo’s take on the ever-popular sea salted caramel and our best-selling chocolate. Made using Halon Môn Anglesey Sea Salt. Anglesey is only a stone’s throw from our Chester store and this sea salt has long been Chantal’s favourite.
Both are sold in 100g ballotin boxes and retail at £13.50. Please note that these are fresh ganaches and therefore have a comparatively short shelf life. Dates are displayed on the website.
